MINUTES
Representative Mindy Greiling, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:20PM on January 25, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Faust moved the minutes of January 24, 2007 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Deputy Commissioner Chas Anderson, Minnesota Department of Education, and Dr. Tom Melcher, Director of Program Finance at the Minnesota Department of Education, provided an overview of the education portion of the governor's budget proposal.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:35PM.
