Chair Huntley called the thirty-sixth meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. on Monday, April 2, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present. The clerk noted the roll:

HF 1855 (Huntley) - Health care facilities required to report on major spending commitments, nonprofit hospitals and outpatient surgical centers required to report on community benefits in a standard way, and work group established.

Chair Huntley moved and briefly explained HF 1855 be recommended to pass and returned to the Committee on Finance. The motion prevailed.

The meeting adjourned at 9:38 a.m.
