Co-chair Larry Hosch began the forty-second meeting at 12:48 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
HF 2900 (Carlson) - Hennepin County Medical Center outpatient clinic and health education facility funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Gottwalt moved approval of the February 14, 2008, minutes. The motion prevailed.

HF 1938 (Lanning) - Multi-county regional chemical dependency treatment facility and correctional center in west central Minnesota predesign funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Lanning made opening comments and noted a technical change to be made:
line 1.16, delete "2008" and insert "2009"
