MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the eighth meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.
A quorum was present.
Howard Schneider, Senior Planner for Dakota County Community Services, provided an overview of housing and homelessness in Dakota County.
Maribeth Lundeen, Housing Resource Development Manager for Dakota County Community Services, provided an overview of their programs.
Lollie Randen, Housing Case Manager for Dakota County Community Services, provided a detailed description of a single case that had been aided by their organization.
Representative Kranz moved that HF166 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Civil Justice.
HF 166 (Lesch) A bill for an act providing for uniform residential tenant reports
Representative Lesch presented HF166 to the committee.
