MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the fifteenth meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark called the meeting to order at 10:05.m.
A quorum was present.
Representative McFarlane moved that HF250 pass and be re-referred to the committee on Finance.
HF250 (Peterson, A.) Ambulance service and interhospital transfer provisions modified
Representative Peterson presented HF250 to the committee.

Representative Sailer presented HF869 to the committee.

Representative Morgan moved that the minutes from Wednesday, March 7 and from Friday, March 9 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Benson moved that HF1233 pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
The committee recognized the 9th Grade students from St. Louis Park High School.
