MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the twenty-second meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 in Room 400N of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
A quorum was present.
Representative Laine moved that HF595 pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
Representative Laine moved the delete all amendment

HF595 (Laine) Family visiting program provisions modified, and money appropriated
Representative Laine presented HF595 to the committee.

HF939 (Kranz) Deed tax percentage adjusted, rental housing assistance provided, housing account for leverage opportunity established, and money appropriated

Representative Severson moved that the minutes Tuesday, March 13, 10 a.m. meeting, be approved as corrected. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
