MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the fifteenth meeting to order at 10:01 a.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark called the meeting to order at 10:01 a.m.
A quorum was present.
Representative Morgan moved that minutes from Wednesday, February 21, 5:30 meeting, and from Tuesday, February 27 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Kranz moved that HF1205 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Local Government and Metropolitan Affairs.
HF1205 (Kranz) Displaced residents relocation compensation required relating to manufactured homes
Representative Kranz presented HF1205 to the committee.

Representative Moe moved that HF1301 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Moe presented HF1301 to the committee.
