MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the twenty-third meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m.
A quorum was present.
Representative Moe moved that HF1131 pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
HF1131 (Moe) Capacity building grants funding provided, and money appropriated
Representative Moe presented HF1131 to the committee.
