Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the twenty-sixth meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.
A quorum was present.
Representative Tschumper moved that HF1986 pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
HF1986 (Tschumper) Atrazine state standards levels required to meet federal standards
Representative Tschumper presented HF1986 to the committee.

Representative McNamara moved to amend Representative Tschumper's motion and re-refer HF1986 to the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Economies Finance and Veterans Affairs Finance.
Representative McNamara requested a roll call vote. The results were as follows:
