MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:12AM on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Chair Clark presented HF2734; neighborhood land trusts funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Chair Clark moved to amend HF2734 (See attached amendment
H2734DE1). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Clark moved that HF2734 as amended be recommended to pass and returned to the Committee on Finance with a recommended re-referral to the Committee on Capital Investment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Tonja Orr, Assistant Commissioner, MN Housing Finance Agency, presented an update from the MN Housing Finance Agency on 2007 legislation and housing assistance in Minnesota.
Representative Benson moved that the minutes of February 19, 2008 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:08 PM.
