Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:03AM on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Tschumper presented HF2459, pesticides application information access expanded.
Representative Tschumper moved that HF2459 be recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance with a recommended re-referral to the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources.
Representative Tschumper moved to amend HF2459 (See attached amendment
H2459DE1). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Tschumper moved an oral amendment to HF2459 as amended, as follows:
Page 4, line 4.7 after "of"
delete "restricted"

Representative Severson moved to amend the Tschumper motion that HF2459 be recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance with a recommended re-referral to the Committee on Agriculture, Rural Economies and Veterans Affairs Finance. THE MOTION FAILED.
Representative Tschumper renewed the motion that HF2459 as amended recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance with a recommended re-referral to the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Madore moved that the minutes of February 20, 2008 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
