MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the meeting to order at 8:39 AM on Friday, March 14, 2008 in Room 300 North of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Walker presented HF3804, homeless Management Information System data required
Chair Clark moved that HF3804, be laid on the table. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Laine presented HF3830, state agency providers allowed to impose requirements on clients and program guideline consistency required.
Representative Laine moved that HF3830 be laid on the table. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Benson moved that HF3988 be recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance.
Representative Benson presented HF3988, foodshelf programs funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Drazkowski provided discussion on the August 2007 flooding of Southeastern MN and flood recovery efforts.
