Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the sixteenth meeting to order at 8:03 a.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2007 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

HF0458 (Mullery) Increasing the appropriation to the Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (POST Board).
Rep. Mullery presented HF0458.
Chair Paymar moved HF0458 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Public Safety Finance Division omnibus bill.
Rep. Mullery moved to amend HF0458 with
H0458DE2 (attached) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
