Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the twenty-third meeting to order at 8:04 a.m. Thursday, March 8, 2007 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Zellars moved approval of the minutes for February 20, March 1, and March 7, 2007. MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF0545 (Paymar) Appropriating money to the state Board of Public Defense to pay for transcripts
Rep. Paymar moved HF0545 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Public Safety Finance Division omnibus bill.
