Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the thirty-first meeting to order at 8:10 a.m., Thursday, February 14, 2008 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Chair Paymar moved that HF2686 be heard.
