Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the thirty-first meeting to order at 8:05 a.m., Thursday, March 22, 2007 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

HF0311 (Hornstein) Doubling fines for moving violations committed while operating mobile phones; providing affirmative defense to double fine.
Chair Paymar moved HF0311 to be re-referred to the Committee on Finance with a recommendation for re-referral to the Public Safety and Civil Justice Committee.
