MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:19 P.M. on, January 16, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Ward moved that the minutes of January 11, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Nancy Stark, Executive Secretary and Paul Mandell, Principal Planner from the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board (CAAPB), Jim Rhodes from the Ford Building Working Group and Dana Badgerow, Commissioner of Administration, gave a brief presentation on the history of the Capitol complex and Ford Building.
Michael Bjornberg, pre-design project manager from Hammel Green and Abrahmson gave a brief overview of what the committee would see on their tour of the Capitol.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:39 P.M. to take a tour of proposed construction sites at the State Capitol.
