MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:21 P.M. on March 25, 2008 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Ward assumed the gavel at 2:22 P.M.
A quorum was present at 2:23 P.M.
HF 3987 (DeLaForest) - Republican National Convention; Budget reserve escrow account established and money appropriated.
Representative DeLaForest moved that HF 3987 be heard and recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.
Chair Kahn and Representative DeLaForest testified in support of HF 3987.
Chair Kahn moved the
A08-1480 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Helen Roberts, House Fiscal Analyst, presented an overview of the House State Government Finance Division 2008 Supplemental Budget spreadsheet.
Mark Shepard, House Research, gave an overview of the
A08-1480 amendment.
Chair Kahn laid over HF 3987, as amended, for future consideration.
Representative Bigham moved that the minutes of March 4, 2008 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hilty moved that the minutes of March 11, 2008 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:55 P.M.
