MINUTES


Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:28 P.M. on February 14, 2008 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Commissioner Dana Badgerow and Assistant Commissioner Nicky Giancola from the Department of Administration presented the Governor's bonding recommendations for the Department.

Representative Diane Loeffler explained some of the history of the State Capitol renovation

Commissioner Badgerow and Assistant Commissioner Giancola continued their presentation on the Governor's bonding recommendations.

Chair Kahn moved that HF 2212 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance bonding recommendations to the Capital Investment Committee.

Representative Loeffler testified in support of HF 2212 (Loeffler) State Capitol building restoration and renovation funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:35 P.M.
