Rep. Hornstein moved adoption of the Transportation and Transit Policy Subcommittee report on HF 146 (DH0146CR1). THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Hornstein moved adoption of amendment
H0146A-1. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
After committee discussion with Rep. Johnson, Rep. Hornstein moved that HF 146 as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation Finance bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
