Representative Lieder, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 4:03 P.M. on Tuesday, February 27, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Kevin Gray, Chief Financial Officer; Carol Molnau, Commissioner and Lisa Freese, Deputy Commissioner, all from MnDOT, shared 2008-2009 Transportation Biennial Budget highlights/overview with the committee.
A quorum was present. Rep. Morrow moved that the minutes of Thursday, February 22, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Bob Winter, Director, District Operations, MnDOT, addressed the committee.
SF 122 Hortman
Rep. Hortman moved that SF 122, as amended, be recommended to pass and be rereferred to the Committee on Public Safety and Civil Justice. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting adjourned at 5:30 PM.
