MINUTES

Representative Lieder, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 4:06 P.M. on Tuesday, March 6, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present. Rep. Morrow moved that the minutes of Monday, March 5, 2007, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 799 Holberg
Rep. Holberg moved adoption of HF 799 and that it be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation Finance bill. Bob McFarlin, Assistant to the Commissioner, MnDOT, assisted in presenting the bill. The bill was discussed and laid over.
HF 23 Erhardt
Rep. Erhardt moved adoption of HF 23 and that it be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation Finance bill. The bill was discussed and laid over.
HF 946 Lieder

Rep. Lieder moved adoption of HF 946 and that it be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation Finance bill. Carol Lovro, Policy Analyst, Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC), assisted in presenting the legislation. The bill was discussed and laid over.
