Rep. Hortman moved adoption of HF 1463 and that it be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation Finance bill. Rep. Hortman moved adoption of amendment

Rep. Ruth moved adoption of HF 964 and that it be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation Finance bill. Mayor of Owatonna, Tom Kuntz and James Clark, Messerli and Kramer spoke regarding the legislation. The bill was discussed and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation bill.
