MINUTES
Representative Lieder, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:23 P.M.on March 13, 2008, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Doty moved the minutes of March 12, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Hornstein moved adoption of the subcommittee report on:
HF 3960 (Morrow) Rep. Hornstein moved that HF 3960 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the committee on Public Safety and Civil Justice. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Chair called a 10 minute recess at 4:23 P.M. The Chair reconvened the meeting at 5:10 P.M.
The next order of committee business was to continue to hear HF 3800 (Hornstein) the omnibus transportation policy bill. The committee was working with the
A08-1387, HF 3800 delete everything amendment. Rep. Lieder moved to amend the
A08-1387 delete everything amendment with
H3800A16. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Rep. Morrow moved the
H3800A17 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Rep. Madore moved the
