H0946DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Matt Burress, House Research, assisted Rep. Lieder in presenting the bill. Bill Schreiber, Metro Transitways Development Board, answered some committee questions regarding HF 946. HF 946, as amended, was laid over.
HF 311 Hornstein
Rep. Hornstein moved HF 311. Donny Harder, Minneapolis 9th Grader assisted in presenting the bill. Elmer Otto, Shakopee, shared a video regarding cell phone use and driving. Rep. Hornstein moved HF 311 be rereferred to the Finance Committee with a recommendation to be rereferred to Public Safety and Civil Justice. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
