MINUTES

Representative Erhardt, Vice Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:06 P.M. on February 12, 2008, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Morrow moved that the minutes of March 23, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Lieder moved consideration of HF 2800, a bill for an act relating to transportation finance; appropriating money for transportation activities, etc. Representative Lieder presented the bill to the committee with the assistance of Matt Burress, House Research Legislative Analyst and Koryn Zewers, House Fiscal Analyst.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:32 P.M.
