Vice Chair Fritz announced the referral of the following bills to the Mental Health Division:
HF922 (Thissen) Mental health provisions modified, provider rate increases authorized, medical assistance coverage modified, evidence-based practice implemented, and money appropriated.
Chair Thissen assumed the gavel at 3:15 P.M.
HF784 (Murphy, E) increasing the medical assistance asset limit and excess income standard for aged, blind or disabled persons.
Rep. Murphy moved that HF784 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

Chair Thissen moved that HF706 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

H0706A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
