MINUTES
Representative Kathy Brynaert, Vice Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:05 A.M. on Friday, February 9, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Ruud moved that the minutes of February 2, 2007 be adopted. MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Brynaert announced the referral of the following:
HF306 (Greiling) Youth mental health screening and suicide prevention funding provided, and money appropriated.
HF196 (Greiling) changing mental health provisions
Rep. Greiling moved that HF196 be taken up for discussion.

H0196A6 amendment.
Rep. Greiling moved to amend
H0196A6 as follows:
Page 2, line 18, after "to" insert: "leave SSI and SSDI dependency and"
THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Rep. Greiling renewed her motion to move the H0196A6 amendment, as adopted. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
