Representative Neva Walker, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:12 A.M. on Friday, March 7, 2008, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Brynaert moved that HF3147 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services.
Rep. Fritz moved an oral amendment to HF3147 as follows:

HF3377 (Walker) A bill for an act relating to children's mental health; requiring children's mental health providers to develop a plan for and comply with requirements on the use of restrictive procedures
Rep. Walker moved that HF3377 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services.
