MINUTES
Representative Mullery, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 P.M. on Thursday, January 25, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Cornish moved that the minutes of January 23, 2007, be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
I. The Sentencing Guidelines Commission presented information and answered questions from committee members about how sentences are determined by the guidelines.
