HF492 (Haws): A bill for an act relating to public safety; providing funding to counties for housing short-term felony offenders; creating a short-term offender advisory task force; appropriating money; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 241.
Chair Mullery moved HF492 before the committee.
Representative Haws presented HF492.
Chair Mullery moved the
H0492DE1 delete everything amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Mullery moved that HF492, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Governmental Operations, Reform, Technology, and Elections. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF684 (Paymar): A bill for an act relating to public safety; appropriating money for reimbursements to counties for costs associated with housing short-term offenders.
Representative Paymar presented HF684.
Representative Paymar moved that HF684 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance with a recommended re-referral to the Public Safety and Civil Justice Finance Division.
