MINUTES
Representative Mullery, Chair of the Committee, began the meeting at 8:10 AM on Wednesday, February 27, 2008, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
HF 3000 (Hilstrom): A bill for an act relating to public safety; making technical correction to provisions relating to financing the statewide public safety radio system; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 373.47, subdivision 1.
Representative Hilstrom presented her bill and moved that HF 3000 be recommended to pass, and when so passed, be placed on the Consent Calendar.
HF 2991, First Committee Engrossment (Simon): A bill for an act relating to data practices; modifying provisions of the safe at home program; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, sections 5B.02; 5B.03, subdivision 1; 5B.07; 171.06, subdivision 3; 171.07, subdivisions 1, 3.

Noting the presence of a quorum, discussion on HF 2991 was temporarily suspended while Representative Mullery, Chair, officially called the meeting to order at 8:25 A.M.
