Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:20 P.M. on Monday, January 29, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Liebling moved approval of minutes for Wednesday, January 24, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Simpson moved HF 304 for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.
Commissioner Ward Einess (Department of Revenue) and Jack Mansun (Department of Revenue) continued a briefing on HF 304.
Pat Dalton (House Research) answered members' questions relating to HF 304.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:13 P.M.
