Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M on May 7, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Greiling moved to approve the minutes of April 30,2007 as submitted.

Representative Solberg moved that SF167 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General
Register.
Representative Solberg moved to amend SF167 as follows: see

Representative Huntley moved that SF345 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Huntley moved that sf345 be amended as follows: Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert HF655.

Representative Huntley renewed his motion that SF345 as amended be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register. A roll call vote was requested.
