Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:10 PM. on February 14, 2007, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gunther moved to adopt the minutes of February 8, 2007.

SF 4 (Peterson,A) Representative Solberg moved that SF 4 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Aaron Peterson presented SF 4.
Representative Solberg renewed his motion that SF 4 be recommended to pass and be placed on General Register.
THE MOTION PREVAILED
HF293 (Tingelstad, K) Representative Paulsen moved that HF293 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Tingelstad presented her bill.
Testifying on behalf of HF293 was John Velin, Director LCCMR.
Representative Paulsen renewed his motion that HF293 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
