Representative Sertich, Chair of Committee on Rules and Administration, called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Hayden moved the minutes from the February 4, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the HRULES-PM9 amendment to the permanent rules.
Representative Seifert moved the PM-Rules17 amendment.
Representative Seifert requested a roll call vote.

Representative Gunther moved the PM-RULES18 amendment. THE MOTION FAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Representative Westrom moved the PM-RULES20 amendment. THE MOTION FAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
Representative Sertich renewed his motion to move HRULES-PM.
Representative Seifert requested a roll call vote.
