Representative Sertich, Chair of Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. Tuesday May 5, 2009 in Room 118 Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Simon moved the minutes from the Monday May 4, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the Proposed Supplemental Calendar for the Day for Tuesday May 5, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the time parameters of 30 minutes for SF 2081 the Omnibus Economic Development and Housing Appropriations Bill Conference Committee Report, 30 minutes for HF 1301 the Omnibus Public Safety Policy Bill Conference Committee Report, 15 minutes for HF 936 the Communities for a Lifetime Conference Committee Report, 30 minutes for HF 1678, 30 minutes for SF 122, 10 minutes for SF 275, 30 minutes for HF 519, 20 minutes for HF 1250, 20 minutes for SF 1876, 15 minutes for SF 1467, 30 minutes for SF 615, 15 minutes for SF 1810, 20 minutes for SF 1539, 20 minutes for HF 1677, 30 minutes for SF 298, 15 minutes for SF 1172, 15 minutes for SF 1569, 15 minutes for HF 1880, 15 minutes for HF 127, and 15 minutes for SF 1910.
Representative Gunther moved to orally amend the time parameters to read 1 hour for SF 2081 the Omnibus Economic Development and Housing Appropriations Bill Conference Committee Report. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Sertich renewed the time parameters motion with the oral amendment incorporated. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was recessed at 9:34 a.m.
