Representative Sertich, Chair of Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m. Wednesday May 6, 2009 in Room 118 Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lillie moved the minutes from the Tuesday May 5, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the Proposed Supplemental Calendar for the Day for Wednesday May 6, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the time parameters of 15 minutes for HF 819, 15 minutes for HF 166, 1 hour for HF 8, 30 minutes for HF 818, 20 minutes for SF 926, 20 minutes for SF 1425, 15 minutes for HF 885, 1 hour for SF 806, 20 minutes for HF 804, 20 minutes for SF 1431, 20 minutes for SF 1408, 1 hour for HF 705, 15 minutes for SF 675, 20 minutes for SF 1217, 15 minutes for HF 1745, 15 minutes for SF 457, 1 hour for SF 1447, and 45 minutes for HF 1250. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was recessed at 9:36 a.m.
