Representative Hayden, Vice Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 11:05 a.m. Monday May 11, 2009 in Room 118 Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Murphy, E moved the minutes from the Friday May 8, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hayden moved the Proposed Supplemental Calendar for the Day for Monday May 11, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hayden moved the time parameters of 1 hour and 30 minutes for SF 802 the Omnibus Public Safety Appropriations Conference Committee Report, 1 hour and 30 minutes for HF 1362 the Omnibus Health and Human Services Finance Bill Conference Committee Report, 15 minutes for SF 1096, 15 minutes for HF 2073, 30 minutes for HF 696, 15 minutes for HF 1193, 30 minutes for SF 1036, 15 minutes for HF 1298, 15 minutes for SF 1794, 30 minutes for SF 489, and 20 minutes for HF 1988.
Representative Seifert moved to orally amend the time parameters to read 2 hours and 15 minutes for HF 1362 the Omnibus Health and Human Services Finance Bill Conference Committee Report, 30 minutes for HF 2073, and 30 minutes for HF 1298. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Hayden renewed the time parameters motion with the oral amendment incorporated. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:12 a.m.
