Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 4:30 pm in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Davids moved adoption of the minutes of February 11, 2010 as presented.

Representative Davids moved adoption of the Ways and Means portion of the February 16, 2010 as presented.

HF2624 (Wagenius) Environmental and natural resources funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Solberg moved that HF2624 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Wagenius presented HF2624.
Representative McNamera moved that HF2624 be re-referred to the Committee on Finance for the purpose of being rer-eferred to Energy Finance Committee.

Susan Thornton, Staff of the LCCMR testified on behalf of HF2624.

Representative Lenczewski moved that HF2763 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
