COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS

MINUTES

Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 1:30 pm in Room 200.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Rep. Faust moved to adopt the minutes of December 3, 2009 and February 8, 2010.
THE MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Davids moved that HF2700 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Solberg moved to amend HF2700 as follows: see H2700A37.
THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Hausman presented HF2700 as amended. Omnibus bonding bill; capital improvement funding provided, new programs established and existing programs modified, previous appropriations canceled and modified, bonds issued, and money appropriated.


Representative Davids renewed his motion that HF2700 pass as amended and be placed on the General Register.
THE MOTION PREVAILED

The committee adjourned at 2:45 pm.
