Representative Lanning, Lead GOP Member of the Division, Called meeting to order at 1:08 PM on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
Committee Legislative Assistant Paul Cumings noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Lanning re-introduced himself to the committee and announced he will be chairing the Division for this day’s hearing.
Katherine Schill, Non-partisan Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview of the Tax Aids and Credits Budget for FY 2010-2011. Larry Martin, Pension Researcher for Legislative Coordinating Commisson, testified about provisions relating to pension aids. Joel Michael, House Research Analyst, testified about provisions relating to Tribal Casino Aid.
Representative Tillberry moved approval of the minutes for Wednesday, January 7, 2009. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Lanning, Lead GOP for the Division, adjourned the meeting at 2:20 PM.
