Rep. Hilty moved the
H1078A2 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was passed.
Rep. Hilty renewed his motion that HF1078 as amended be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register. The motion prevailed. The amendment was passed.
HF680 (Kalin) Federal stimulus funding allocated for energy programs.
Rep. Kalin moved that HF680 be recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance.
