Representative Nora Slawik, Chair of the Early Childhood Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 10:34 am on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Presentation of delete-all for HF3225 (Slawik) Omnibus Supplemental Early Childhood Finance and Policy bill.

Emily Adriaens, House Fiscal Analyst, presented an overview of the fiscal implication of the delete-all for HF3225.

Ms. Adriaens answered the question: The delete-all does not include the Governor’s proposed ECFE payment shift?

Danyell A. Punelli, House Research Legislative Analyst, presented an overview on the delete-all for HF3225.

Representative Rosenthal moved that the minutes from Thursday, March 18, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
