Representative Benson moved the minutes of January 13, 2008 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Nan Madden, Director, Minnesota Budget Project, and Jeff VanWychen, Minnesota Budget Project Consultant, provided an overview of the Minnesota Budget Project report "The Lost Decade: Key Findings."
Angie Eilers, Research and Policy Director, Growth and Justice, provided an overview of the Growth and Justice report "Smart Investments in Minnesota’s Students."
Tom Stinson, Minnesota State Economist, provided an overview of the report "Human Capital Investment and Minnesota’s Economic Future."
The meeting was adjourned at 4:18PM.
