HF2748 (Bly) A bill for an act relating to education finance; modifying the formula allowance used to compute revenue for extended time programs.
Representative Greiling moved HF2748 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus K-12 Education Finance Bill.
Representative Bly, Steve Allen, Past President, Minnesota Association of Alternative Programs, testified.

HF3003(Buesgens) A bill for an act relating to education finance; expanding the number of public school pupils covered by the permanent school fund endowment apportionment.
Representative Buesgens moved HF3003 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus K-12 Education Finance Bill.
Representative Buesgens and Grace Kelliher, Director of Government Relations, Minnesota School Board Association, testified.

HF2910 (Davnie) A bill for an act relating to education finance; authorizing school districts to bill nonpublic schools and charter schools for any unreimbursed pupil transportation costs.
Representative Davnie, Charlie Kyte, Executive Director, Minnesota Association of School Administrators, Mark Masten, Bus Manager, Fergus Falls School District, Keith Paulsonn, Transportation Director, Anoka-Hennepin School District, testified.
