Representative Tom Rukavina, Chair of the Higher Education and Workforce Development Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 1:10 P.M. on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Chair Rukavina discussed the Governor’s proposed cuts and the unallotments.
Chair Rukavina invited James McCormick, Chancellor, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU), to come forward to begin his presentation.
James McCormick, Chancellor, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) introduced himself and Laura King, CFO, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU).
Chancellor McCormick began his presentation of the Governor’s budget proposal.
