Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the second meeting to order at 10:18 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative McNamara moved that the minutes of January 13, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
St Stephen’s Human Services presented on their program, "A Day in the Life: understanding urban homelessness."
