HOUSING POLICY AND FINANCE AND PUBLIC HEALTH FINANCE
MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the thirteenth meeting to order at 10:35 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Scott moved that HF922 (Nelson), Public housing rehabilitation funding provided, bonds issued, money appropriated, be laid over for possible recommendation to the Capital Investment Finance Division.
Representative Nelson presented HF922.

Representative Scott renewed the motion that HF922 (Nelson), Public housing rehabilitation funding provided, bonds issued, money appropriated, be laid over for possible recommendation to the Capital Investment Finance Division. Hearing no objection, the bill was laid over.
The Minnesota Department of Health presented on the Eliminating Health Disparities Initiative.
