MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the fourteenth meeting to order at 10:34 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Benson moved that HF499 (Murphy E.), Heart disease and stroke prevention funding provided, and money appropriated, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.

Representative Benson renewed the motion that HF499 (Murphy E.), Heart disease and stroke prevention funding provided, and money appropriated, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill. Hearing no objection, the bill was laid over.
The Minnesota Department of Health presented an update on biomonitoring and environmental health tracking projects.

Representative Bly moved that the minutes of March 3, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
